If you have a complaint, you should initially raise this with the insurance intermediary who arranged your insurance.

If this cannot be resolved, it should be referred to our Managing Director.

If the matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction it may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Full details of the complaints procedures for individual insurers will be provided with any quotation or policy documents.

You may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if we are unable to meet our liabilities.
